Hi, I’m Kay.

I'm here to support students and individuals as they embark on one of the most exciting stages of their lives.

I began this business from my own personal experience of graduating with an awesome degree but having little idea what I was qualified to do and how to do it.

Fast forward 12 years and I have accumulated deep experience hiring across the tech industry, interviewing thousands of prospective candidates along the way.

This diverse experience has refined my ability to coach individuals in showcasing their skillsets and navigate advanced hiring processes with ease.

Approachable, energetic, and driven by collaboration, I thrive on building connections and fostering relationships. Working with me will provide best in class industry guidance on landing your job in tech.

With a decade of recruiting experience in the tech industry, I bring unparalleled insights and expertise to guide individuals through their career journeys.

Academic Roots

My journey didn’t begin in tech. Equipped with a degree in History from Hamilton College, I once found myself navigating a maze of uncertainty, unsure of where my path would lead. That’s why I’m deeply passionate about helping students and individuals chart their course in the tech world. To better serve my clients, I’m currently earning an MBA at the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!), enhancing my business mindset and capabilities.

Career Highlight Reel

My decade-long experience in tech recruitment includes working with trailblazers such as Waymo/Google in autonomous vehicles and Kraken Exchange in cryptocurrency. I’ve led exceptional groups and collaborated with hiring managers to strategically grow their teams, dedicating considerable effort to hiring executive talent and leading internship and new graduate hiring.

Out Of Office

Although a proud New Englander at heart, I traded in snowstorms and blizzards to now live in beautiful Napa, CA. When I’m not empowering students and individuals to accelerate their career success you can usually find me visiting nearby vineyards, attending book club, watching reality cooking shows, and exploring hiking trails with my mini-dachshund Martha.
